We are pleased to announce that the second Northwest Comic & Gaming Event will be held May 12th in the factory behind our store. Most of the previous year vendors will be returning and we hope to add local comic book professionals to the show as well. Interested vendors, artists and attendees should feel free to use the "contact us" page or stop in the store.

Modern Age Comics will now be open Sunday afternoons from Noon until 6 P.M. starting February 11th. There will be a Yugioh tournament each Sunday at 2 P.M. for those who wish to participate.

We are happy to announce that we will be holding Free Comic Book Day! at our home store, The Gail Borden Library (Elgin) and the Dundee Township Library (East Dundee) this year. Please join us at any location to participate in this fun event!

Join us for a new youth event being held each Monday from 6 - 8 P.M.. This event will be restricted to youth 14 years and under featuring organized play for the Yugioh and Pokemon card games. Parents are encouraged to stay and participate with their kids!

C2E2 was fun! We want to thank all of our customers that stopped bye our booth to say hello. It was a kind thing to do and made a few long days a little easier to handle.
